My house half-way done

Well, I was trying to post a picture from Kara's blog of my house. It shows my house with brick on about 60% of the house. As of today, brick was done everywhere but the garage. We are putting some pretty heavy and fancy moulding over the garage - it's going to look like Mr. Toad's Wild Ride. We're even looking for someone to carve a Mr. Toad - let me know if you know of anyone. Oh, and I joined Facebook - it's kind of like a flash from your past. The friends just keeping popping up from various times of your life, kinda creepy! But join and 'write on my wall.' k8

In case you are single...here's some dating advice

This advice came from someone I go to school with. He was in his late 30's looking for a wife. He would avoid going out to dinner with people, preferring lunch - less time wasted if he knew it wasn't going to work. You can usually tell within about three minutes if it's worth a second date.
In order qualify for additional date time, the following requirements must be met:
1. Over 30 (age can be adjusted)
2. Happy
3. Cute
4. Off medication OR taking as prescribed (no 'should be' taking meds)
5. Likes her dad
6. Likes her job
7. Next guy in no way responsible for last guy.
